The founding team hails from Ethiopia, comprised of coffee connoisseurs dedicated to sustainability, and is a youthful, driven group with robust business and technical expertise.
Our C-suite and advisory team possess extensive leadership experience in the coffee industry and other sectors. Our strong positioning for success stems from our perseverance, resilience, commitment to a shared vision of Coffee Resurrects, forward-thinking, and, most importantly, a collective belief that our individual contributions will drive the company towards achieving both its short-term and long-term goals.
Almaw Molla

Seblegenet Aklilu
Co-founder and CTO with a BSc in Applied Chemistry from Ashland University and an MBA in Project Management. Former Senior QA Manager at Hadero Coffee and Control and Process Supervisor at ABIG Group Ethiopia. Certified and experienced in Specialty Coffee Association Intermediate, Food Safety, and QA Management Systems.
Ehitemariam Molla
Head of our Research and Development department holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Pharmacy from Addis Ababa University, graduating with distinction. She previously served as the production manager at ZAF Pharmaceuticals and as a quality assurance pharmacist at East African Pharmaceuticals in Ethiopia.
Seifemicheal Molla
As the COO and a graduate of Addis Ababa University with a BSc and MSc in Water Supply, Waste Management, and Environmental Engineering, he spearheads innovation and continuous improvement initiatives that bolster product development, manufacturing, and distribution processes.
